The campaign took a bold stand against the rising tide of online child abuse in Malaysia. With cases hitting alarming numbers, they teamed up with key partners to host a game-changing town hall, bringing in heavy hitters like YB Dato’ Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, the First Lady of Malaysia, and YB Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy Shukri, the Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, to push for stronger policies and spark national action.
The town hall wasn’t just talk—it brought together over 100 NGOs, media, and government officials for real discussions on how to safeguard kids online. With passionate speeches, a symbolic MOU signing by child representatives, and powerful media coverage, the event was a rallying cry for real change.
The campaign made waves—41 press stories, RM2.2 million in PR value, and over 15 million Malaysians reached. Best of all, it laid the groundwork for a new blueprint to protect children online, proving that real action is underway!
