- Building trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders
🟡 KNOWLEDGE BUILDING:
- Keep yourself updated on latest trends and campaigns, media platforms, and share those with key agency leadership
- Build relationships with media platforms and vendors including Google, Facebook, The Star, Astro, etc
- In terms of media, understand how to excel, and be responsible at:
Developing and implementing an effective media plan using credible insights and data, instead of using bottoms-up strategy approach responsible to drive client’s business ambitions
Responding to / follow up on client’s campaign briefs and requests received, and working alongside the team
Developing suitable creative material, as we are an integrated agency
Strategizing consumer funnel and consumer journey from awareness to purchase to loyalty
Presenting a media plan
Presenting a post campaign report
For digital specific: set up a campaign, optimize a campaign including for e-commerce

- Basic usage of Microsoft Office, digital publishers’ buying dashboard including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, etc..
- Ideally a certified practitioner with Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Performance Honours Guru
- Will take good care of client’s investment, as if it is your own money.
Measures of success
In 3 Months
- Been up to speed with planning tools as well as able to extract & analyze important data; validating our recommendations.
- Have a pulse of the business category & knowledge of competitive frame.
- Worked on moderate scaled live campaigns.
- Have initiated contact with key media partners and understood the baseline of their offerings particularly digital.
- Connected with internal specialist & external stakeholders units to integrate solutions.
In 6 Months
- Been able to comprehend and apply planning framework model in key campaigns.
- You will have started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current client portfolio.
- Sharpened skill in executing moderate scaled live campaigns.
- Mastered an efficient media execution process, working alongside various stakeholders.
- Work output is error-free.
🛑 MANDATORY
Candidate to submit latest copy of resume, which must indicate the academic achievement and industry experience in detail.
🟡 SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage & activate paid digital performance campaigns for clients (end-to-end)
- Plan/Strategize and participate in regular communication with Internal teams, Planning Director and client where required
- Implement best practices for digital performance across all digital platforms to ensure campaign metrics, ROAS and are met as per client KPIs
- Manage the day-to-day digital performance marketing activities across key platforms (Google Search, GDN, Facebook, Other Display & Social) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid digital performance campaigns.
- Continually analyze and improve digital performance campaigns and provide frequent updates to internal team Manager on campaign performance
- Prepare campaign reports and present analysis, insights and performance recommendations to clients as per the reporting cadence
- Ability to keep oneself updated on advancements in digital performance strategies
🟡 Position Requirements:
- Around 3-5 years of digital performance marketing experience
- Experience applying digital marketing to online direct response initiatives
🟡 Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience and strong command of at least 1 industry standard PPC/Display platform (Updated Certifications would be a bonus)
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and numerical proficiency
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong understanding of online media optimization techniques including CPA, CPL and familiarity with O2O and LTV models would be a bonus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and proactively flag campaign related issues for self and team
