Job Description
- Be the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and creative team
- Works within a team that consists of a creative director, copy writer and designers
- Capable of managing different portfolios of brands
- To take lead on the strategy discussion with internal stakeholders and creative team
- To ensure each brand marketing strategy is carried out in all the communication platforms
- To arrange workflow and workload among the creative team to ensure all team members are delegated work appropriate for their level and experience and that the team remains challenged and engaged
- To manage project and ensure timeline delivery is met
- To analyse and measure a set of KPIs that are structured to meet the brand’s needs based on an agreed strategy
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- At least 4-6 years of client servicing in the related advertising industry
- Digital savvy and push for innovation
- Attention to detail and ownership
- Working knowledge in social media paid advertising campaigns will be an advantage
- Highly creative, team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of having worked on award-winning campaigns is a plus
